The Felix Scholarship at University of London (SOAS), UK

The Felix Scholarship was founded to offer gifted underprivileged students from India and certain other developing countries the opportunity of furthering their postgraduate education by attending a university in the UK. This Felix scholarship is providing by four universities namely university of oxford, university of reading, school of Oriental and African Studies, University of London.

Eligibility

  • Indian nationals who hold at least a first class Bachelors degree from a reputed Indian university or a comparable institution.
  • Non-Indian and non-EEA nationals need not apply directly as they are selected by the individual universities but are required to have the same academic qualifications. (Since 2001, Felix scholarships have been awarded to gifted underprivileged students from Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Cameroon, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Lebanon, Belarus, Peru, Czech Republic, Kenya, Ghana, Turkey, South Africa, Egypt, Nepal, Hungary and Lebanon.)
